C.A.R. LOGISTICS offers professional transport services for collector vehicles of all kinds. As your sole contact, we take care of the entire process from A to Z and guarantee the flawless and punctual delivery of your vehicle.

Import

If you want to import a vehicle into Switzerland, we will take care of the definitive import clearance including customs and VAT as well as the preparation of the inspection report. This applies to temporary imports for repair, exhibition or a possible sale as well as to the definitive import as removal goods. Our service also includes the provision of guarantees for temporary imports into Switzerland, the handling of export formalities in the country of departure as well as transit clearance and temporary storage in our company's own bonded warehouse.

Export

If you wish to export a vehicle from Switzerland or another country, we will take care of all export formalities. Both for the definitive export with export document and the temporary export for repair, exhibition or possible sale. We are also happy to prepare the EUR.1 movement certificate and the transit documents for the country of destination.

Vehicle transport

The transport takes place – depending on the route – by vehicle, ship or aeroplane. Road transports are possible by groupage truck or individual transport, of course also in closed trucks. For sea transports, we use 20- or 40-foot containers, whereby the specific vehicle transport regulations are always taken into account. For air freight, we pay meticulous attention to the respective dangerous goods regulations and issue the necessary certificates. If desired, we also carry out inspections of dangerous goods. And when things have to move particularly fast, we offer the option of express transports with precise deadlines.

Additional services

Our services extend far beyond vehicle transport. We have our own bonded warehouse with 500 parking spaces, which is equipped with state-of-the-art security technology and monitored 24/7. To ensure that your valuable collector's vehicles are protected at all times, we also offer "All Risk" and "Total Loss" transport insurance as well as storage insurance. We will arrange the insurance that best suits your needs. You can also count on our support and expertise for questions relating to the registration of vehicles in Switzerland and abroad, customs duties and taxes.
